Our staff will walk every step of the way with you to get going your software and hardware setup. We check your report output at pre-defined intervals so you can efficiently monitor your marketing and growth goals.
Together we design and execute an individualized work plan to guide you through the learning curve, check your data output and identify data points you have created in our system that will help you grow your customer base. Once you are up an running, you can access the Winery Pro Learning Library for video based instruction and pdf technical documents.

Instant Messaging or iChat - Available during standard business hours 5 days per week
Phone Support - Available during standard business hours 5 days per week, weekend POS emergencies by contacting our technical support number and wine club processing on weekends by prior appointment
Email Support Requests - 24/7 email requests answered during standard business days within 24 hours, weekends on Monday
Remote Login Assistance - If you have DSL or better connection speed - we can securely login to your computer with our “permission” based Adobe Connect system
FileMaker Server Remote Assistance - For client/server computing environments, FileMaker Server 9 & 10 software features the remote login console feature
Winery Pro Learning Library - Secure video and pdf technical guides available to our users with a current maintenance plan on a 24/7 basis
Annual Maintenance Costs…
Maintenance fees are assessed based on the Winery Pro modules in use - and the number of concurrent users in your computing environment. Feature updates are released on a 16-18 month schedule usually starting in the month November. Included are user requested feature enhancements or enhancements to the software for mandated regulatory laws. Our maintenance service also provides for us to run database utilities and cleanup of your data files.
